Description

VIKING KNIT Wire Wrapped AMBER Pendant - Natural Copper Wire via www.thewellandspindle.com

Here is a lovely plain copper wire wrapped pendant that I hand wove. Copper is humanity's first metal and has been known to be magically good for being a good conductor of energy, to be used as an amplifier of thoughts and sending psychic messages/communication, in healing spells and rituals, and more. Many believe copper is good for healing or alleviating the pain of arthritis and rheumatic diseases as well as detoxification, circulation, increase in energy, et cetera.

This pendant is comprised of a lovely piece of quality AMBER that is half wrapped in natural copper wire using the Viking Knit technique! Amber was a favorite of the Norse people (hence why I love the idea of Viking Knit wrapping it) and is one of my favorite stones. Amber is fossilized tree resin and therefore has connected to earth magic. It is also said to have within it the essence of life itself. Amber is known in folklore to be good for protection, healing, immortality, Sun/Solar magic (and therefore good for connecting with Sun/Solar deities), luck, enhancing beauty, vitality, joy, happiness, romantic love, psychic shielding, sensuality, purification and much much more.

Viking knitting is a type of chain making done by hand and really was used by the Medieval people! I used 24 gauge copper wire and HAND WOVE every single loop. This was a work of heart and determination!

The pendant itself measures 2 inches long. It comes with a black cord.
