THE TARDIS. "Time and Relative Dimension in Space."

Here is a lovely colored copper bracelet that I hand wove using 26 gauge wire. Copper is humanity's first metal and has been known to be magically good for being a good conductor of energy, to be used as an amplifier of thoughts and sending psychic messages/communication, in healing spells and rituals, and more. Many believe copper is good for healing or alleviating the pain of arthritis and rheumatic diseases as well as detoxification, circulation, increase in energy, et cetera.

With this bracelet I used the single weave technique of Viking Knit. However, instead of weaving one strand of wire I chose to use two at the same time in different colors! It makes for a really interesting look. I used Sapphire Blue and Silver Colored Copper to match the Tardis charm! I even wove the bead cones!

Included in this bracelet is a Tardis (Or Police Box) charm. The Tardis is "bigger on the inside" and is the space craft of THE DOCTOR. Doctor Who? The time traveling Time Lord who traverses time and space with or without his companions by the use of the Tardis.

This piece is great for everyone as long as it fits their wrist (I can do custom pieces)! Perfect for those who have a geeky side ranging from the Society for Creative Anachronism (or other Medieval larping groups) due to the Medieval style of chain making used here (some claim it was used earlier than the Norse though), for those who love Vikings all the way to the awesomely geeky fans of "Doctor Who." It's a great gift for that geeky family member or friend (or yourself) who has everything! Just think...it's like you used your Tardis Charm to go back in time to retrieve this bracelet (although the Norse wouldn't have used colors)! Very geeky cool!

Be aware that the color can scratch off A LITTLE. I am charging less for the colorful Viking knit because there always is at least one small scratch revealing the copper underneath. Usually, it isn't noticeable at all. If you try not to crush or scratch it the color will stay! I am also charging less because I am only able to make color in single weave to ensure less scratching of the color while I pull it through the draw plate. Minimal scratches and still a work of heart and endless love!

Viking knitting is a type of chain making done by hand and really was used by the Medieval Norse! I used copper wire and HAND WOVE every single loop. This was a work of heart and determination!

The bracelet/anklet measures approximately 7 inches long. It is made using all plated copper materials.
